Kathlyn Liles Promoted To Account Manager
September 10th, 2024 (St. Augustine, FL) - GroupCollect is delighted to announce the promotion of Kathlyn Liles to the position of Account Manager.In her new position, Liles will be responsible for ensuring the success of all GroupCollect Register users, particularly at the organizational level. She will be working closely with the many companies and travel professionals that rely on GroupCollect Register as an extension of their business, making sure they are set up for success and that their needs are being continually met.
Kathlyn Liles has worked with the GroupCollect Register system for over 6 years, influencing its development since its creation. She is being promoted from her current role as Product Specialist where she helped develop the company's reputation for superior customer service. She managed and worked within the customer service team that answers passenger and organization questions. However, in her new role, she will emphasize the satisfaction and success of the organizations and travel professionals that use GroupCollect Register, while interfacing with internal developers to create solutions that will help users remain leaders in the group travel industry.
