Filing a travel protection claim shouldn’t be complicated.  Follow these steps for an easy-to-navigate process. 

Step 1: Review Your Plan Information

Before filing a claim, it's a good idea to review what your plan covers.

Step 2: Get Your Policy Number

This coverage is issued under a "Purchase on Behalf Of" (POBO)/group policy, so individual travelers do not automatically receive a policy number.

You must obtain your policy number before filing a claim. Claims cannot be submitted or assisted without it.
