Week of May 12, 2025 Updates

Effective today, updates have been made to the reports found under the "Filtered by Date" menu on the left-hand side of the admin screen.

These reports will now display trips scheduled within the next 31 days:

- Deposit Coming Up
- Payment Coming Up
- Final Payment Coming Up
- Departing Soon

These reports will now display trips from the past 31 days:

- Deposit Was Due
- Payment Was Due
- Final Payment Was Due
- Finished

No changes have been made to the Registration Open report.

Additionally, tour operators who use the Teams functionality will now find a toggle on each of these reports. The toggle allows users to select whether they are viewing trips assigned to their team only, or everybody's trips.
