Account Notes
Account notes are live as of March 4, 2025.
Account notes are a new category of notes that remain associated with an account holder email across multiple trips. They can be used to note a passenger requirement that will persist from trip to trip (such as a mobility consideration) or to provide information to enhance customer service (such as noting a favorite food or activity.)
Account notes can be added from the Passenger Party Details screen underneath the Payment Schedule. Simply click the "Add Account Note" button to get started.
Account notes will not be shown to passengers or trip leaders.
Pinned Notes
To help keep the Passenger Party Details screens organized and readable, all types of notes can now be categorized as "Pinned" or "Other." Pinned Notes will automatically appear, while Other Notes will be hidden under a toggle that can be expanded at any time.
Notes will be set to "Other" by default. To Pin a note, simply locate the note you wish to pin and click the star icon in the top right hand corner of its box.
Bulk Credit Applied Dates
Payment Timelines and Payment Receipts will now reflect the date a bulk credit was approved as the date of the transaction. Previously, the date the bulk credit was submitted for approval was listed as the transaction date.
